Traditional Chilean Clothing and Recipes

A reader writes:

Pepe, I am the leader of a girl scout troop and we are putting a booth about Chile together. We are looking for pictures of traditional clothing and easy recipes we can make and serve at our booth. Can you give me some web sites or suggestions?

The Chilean cowboys dress up in the typical outfit of the Huaso. You can see pictures here (some of these are in Spanish but you can still see the pictures):

I did a booth recently for a church activity and I served manjar on cookies. You can make your own manjar, or buy “dulce de leche” at the grocery store if you can find it.
