Build a Chilean Kite
A teacher writes and asks:
Do you know how to make a Chilean kite? What kind of materials would you need to make one? I am teaching a World Cultures class that is studying Chile and would like to make a Chilean craft, game, or something similar. Do you have any ideas and directions?
