Chile to Construct Tallest Building in South America
Thanks to reader German, I found out this news (English translation):
The corner stone was laid on what Horst Paulmann (owner of Cencosud) called: “the most important commercial and architectural landmark in Santiago and the Southern Hemisphere.â€?
He was speaking of the completed commercial, hotel, and offices of the Costanera Center, which will be the tallest building in South America and includes an investment of $400 million US dollars.
