Who is Pepe?

In Chile

My name is Joseph Rawlinson. As a missionary, I went by the title "Elder Rawlinson". All male missionaries wear the title "Elder" followed by their last names. Female missionaries are called "Sister."

Pepe is the Spanish equivalent of Joe. Many Chileans had a hard time pronouncing my last name (the 'w' gave them problems) and so called me Pepe.

After Chile

After returning from Chile, I studied at Brigham Young University. I graduated in the spring of 2001 with a degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Spanish. I currently live in Texas and work in the eCommerce department of National Instruments.

Now

I'm married to a beautiful wife and love to spend time with her, our two boys, and twin daugthers. Yes, being a Dad of twins is an adventure!

In my spare time I write about customer service and business on my ReturnCustomer.com blog and run a freelance web design business. I've recently been busy building a private family blog service called FamilySays.com.
